Hot Jazz on the Menu at Food for Friends - every Tuesday from 7 -10 pm

Food for Friends is adding an evening of swinging jazz to its menu for those beautiful summer evenings.

The music for this regular event is provided by Sue Richardson, the unique female vocalist and trumpet player. Recognised as one of the most promising young talents currently on the UK Jazz scene, her unusual marriage of sensual, smooth vocals combined with bright, sassy trumpet skills have been pricking ears and causing spontaneous bouts of dancing to break out across the globe. Earlier this year Sue travelled to the city of Cannes during the film festival, playing a private gig to no less than George Clooney and Brad Pitt. Award winning jazz promoter, Mike Andrews, has shown his confidence in Sue’s talent by putting her forward for the prestigious Jazz Services’ Promoter’s Choice Award 2006.

Live Jazz at Food for Friends vegetarian restaurant, Every Tuesday from 7pm to 10pm.
